To prevent damage, avoid using abrasive tools like steel wool. Clean with warm water and a non-abrasive sponge. If using a dishwasher, please select a gentle cycle.
Temperature Limits
This glass product is designed for a temperature range of 0°C to 100°C. Avoid sudden, extreme temperature changes (thermal shock), as this may cause the glass to crack or break.
Warming the Vessel
Before pouring in hot water, add a small amount first and swirl it around so that the water comes into full contact with the inner walls; this warms the vessel.
Fragile Glassware
These are handcrafted glass items. They are dishwasher-safe (on a gentle cycle) and suitable for use in refrigerators and microwaves. Do not place them in ovens, subject them to baking, or use them over an open flame. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the original purchase price.
