EU Right of Withdrawal

Last Updated: 16 Jun, 2026

1. Introduction

Consumers residing in the European Union may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days cooling-off period.

You can use this page to submit a withdrawal request electronically. No account login is required.

2. What Happens After You Submit Your Request?

Once we receive your withdrawal request:

  1. We will send confirmation that your request has been received.
  2. We will review the information provided and verify the order details.
  3. If a return of goods is required, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
  4. Once the returned goods have been received, or you provide evidence that they have been returned, we will process any eligible refund in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products and services, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products created according to your specifications
  • Products that have been customized or made specifically for you
  • Digital gift cards and other digital vouchers delivered electronically

Additional legal exceptions may apply where permitted by law.

4. If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped

You may still submit a withdrawal request even if your order has already been dispatched.

If the order is already in transit or has been delivered, you may be required to return the goods to us after exercising your right of withdrawal. We will provide return instructions where applicable.

Please do not refuse delivery unless instructed to do so by our customer support team.
