This seller SUCKS!! USPS lost/stolen my package and still marked as delivered. I ran back/forth 1 week trying to locate. The seller did nothing but provide tracking number I already had. They still refuse to help. People act like USPS isn't flawed & this is the same reason I don't ship with them. I pay more but I get what I pay for. This seller is no different all about the money & no customer service at all. I would let it go but it's a gift for my daughther who just purchased her first dog. I REFUSE TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered a small for my 5 lb. poodle, but this item is very small. Fits more of a very small puppy. Nice item but it didn't fit my dog. I will donate it since I can't use it.
